An appeals tribunal for environment, traffic and road user charging appeals.

Purpose: Administration of the tribunal, including recordings of calls to the helpline, recordings of personal hearings and evidence supplied by parties to the appeal (enforcing authorities and appellants), maintaining a publicly available statutory register of appeals, and making improvements to the service.

London Tribunals has been delegated authority under Schedule 2 Part 1 a - g to the London Councils Transport and Environment Committee (LTEC) Governing Agreement (consolidated version) 13 December 2001

LCTEC is a joint committee of the London boroughs established under sections 101 and 102 of the Local Government Act 1972 and section 20 Local Government Act 2000.

London Councils has been delegated relevant functions by the London boroughs as set out in Schedule 2, part 1 to the London Councils Transport and Environment Committee (LCTEC) Governing Agreement (consolidated version) 13 December 2001.

LCTEC is a joint committee of the London boroughs established under sections 101 and 102 of the Local Government Act 1972 and section 20 Local Government Act 2000.
